Labor Law
Labor law is also referred to as “special rights for employees.” Labor law was barely developed until the 1920s. Since labor law has become complicated, even for a lawyer, due to reforms, changes to the law, and innumerable court decisions, it is highly advisable to hire a professional lawyer who is experienced in labor law in case of a legal dispute. Employees in particular are dependent on prompt advice from a lawyer, since the employer usually has advanced knowledge of labor law and may have already consulted his own lawyer.
