The costs for legal work are billed in accordance with the provisions of the Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (RVG). The individual fees are usually calculated based on the value of the item/value in dispute.

Instead of the statutory remuneration, it is also possible to agree on other remuneration – for example a time fee.
There is also the possibility of receiving legal aid for the legal proceedings if you have no assets (the state pays your own lawyer’s fees and, if necessary, the procedural costs).
