Toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmede yer alan d\u00fczenlemeler, toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi kanununda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n zarar\u0131na de\u011fil, yaln\u0131zca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yarar\u0131na olacak \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilecektir.
