Bu, t\u0131bbi kons\u00fcltasyon, te\u015fhis, t\u0131bbi muayene, ila\u00e7 tedavisi, ameliyat veya di\u011fer t\u0131bbi bak\u0131m bi\u00e7imlerini i\u00e7erebilir. <\/li>\n<li>Hasta Onay\u0131: Hasta olas\u0131 riskler, alternatifler ve beklenen faydalar konusunda bilgilendirildikten sonra tedaviye onam verir. Buna genellikle bilgilendirilmi\u015f onam denir. <\/li>\n<li>Doktorun g\u00f6revleri: Doktor, t\u0131bbi tedaviyi kabul edilmi\u015f t\u0131bbi standartlara ve meslek eti\u011fine uygun olarak yerine getirmeyi taahh\u00fct eder. Hastaya kar\u015f\u0131 do\u011fru ve profesyonel davranma konusunda \u00f6zen y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc vard\u0131r. <\/li>\n<li>Hastan\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri: Hasta, sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu ve t\u0131bbi ge\u00e7mi\u015fi ile ilgili t\u00fcm bilgileri doktora vermekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Hasta ayr\u0131ca doktorun talimatlar\u0131na uymal\u0131 ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yerine getirmelidir; B.
