Bu nedenle, bankac\u0131l\u0131k hukuku ve sermaye piyasas\u0131 hukuku, \u00f6rne\u011fin \u00f6zel kontrol ve \u00f6deme i\u015flemlerini, ayn\u0131 zamanda bankalar\u0131n bor\u00e7 verme veya yat\u0131r\u0131m sekt\u00f6rlerini de kapsar. <\/p>\n<p>Sermaye piyasas\u0131 hukuku \u00f6ncelikle sermaye piyasas\u0131n\u0131n organizasyonunu d\u00fczenler. Sermaye piyasas\u0131, borsa gibi \u015firketlerin (sermaye al\u0131c\u0131lar) ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n (sermaye sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n) bir araya geldi\u011fi bir pazar yeridir. Sermaye piyasas\u0131 hukuku \u00f6zellikle burada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen hisse senedi, tahvil gibi menkul k\u0131ymetlerin al\u0131m sat\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 etkilemektedir.
