Pour \u00e9tablir une telle pr\u00e9somption, le salari\u00e9 doit pr\u00e9senter et, si n\u00e9cessaire, prouver des faits suppl\u00e9mentaires, dits faits auxiliaires, mais la norme relative \u00e0 l&#8217;effet pr\u00e9somptif de ceux-ci ne doit pas \u00eatre trop stricte.
