    \n\tAbschluss<\/h2>[vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1697261908258{padding-top: 20px !important;}\u00bb]La asociaci\u00f3n registrada (e.V.) como forma b\u00e1sica est\u00e1 regulada en el derecho de asociaciones y asociaciones en el art\u00edculo 21 del C\u00f3digo Civil alem\u00e1n (BGB). La asociaci\u00f3n registrada no tiene car\u00e1cter comercial: seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n sobre asociaciones y asociaciones, la asociaci\u00f3n debe estar compuesta por al menos 7 miembros (art. 56 BGB) y tener estatutos. La e.V. act\u00faa a trav\u00e9s de sus \u00f3rganos, la junta general y el consejo de administraci\u00f3n. Al ingresar al registro de la asociaci\u00f3n, el e. En la pr\u00e1ctica, las sociedades tradicionales como las sociedades an\u00f3nimas (AG) o las sociedades de responsabilidad limitada (GmbH) desempe\u00f1an un papel.
