La sanci\u00f3n represiva de determinadas conductas ilegales en el derecho penal tiene como objetivo incentivar a los ciudadanos a cumplir con el ordenamiento jur\u00eddico, que establece las reglas comunes de la comunidad. <\/p>\n

    El derecho penal est\u00e1 regulado principalmente en el C\u00f3digo Penal (StGB), que, adem\u00e1s de las disposiciones generales del derecho penal, normaliza un gran n\u00famero de delitos. Sin embargo, los delitos no s\u00f3lo se encuentran en el C\u00f3digo Penal, sino tambi\u00e9n en muchas otras leyes, como la Ley de estupefacientes, la Ley de medicamentos, etc., el llamado derecho penal secundario.
