Seg\u00fan la ley de arrendamiento, el contrato de alquiler debe indicar al menos el apartamento espec\u00edfico, el importe del alquiler y el inicio del arrendamiento. Seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n sobre arrendamientos, el contrato no tiene por qu\u00e9 celebrarse necesariamente por escrito. Tambi\u00e9n es suficiente un acuerdo verbal. En la legislaci\u00f3n sobre arrendamientos existen excepciones para los contratos de alquiler temporal con una duraci\u00f3n superior a un a\u00f1o, as\u00ed como para los contratos de alquiler graduales e indexados.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1697550588020{padding-top: 10px !important;}\u00bb]En el derecho de arrendamiento, las relaciones jur\u00eddicas entre los inquilinos, por un lado, y los propietarios, por otro, est\u00e1n determinadas principalmente por el contrato de arrendamiento. Si las disposiciones contractuales son incompletas o se desv\u00edan inadmisiblemente de las disposiciones del derecho de arrendamiento que protegen a los inquilinos, tambi\u00e9n se aplican las disposiciones legales, en particular los <a title=\"\u00a7\u00a7 535 ff. BGBtiempo de m\u00e1s thanemei\" href=\"http:\/\/dejure.org\/gesetze\/BGB\/535.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">art\u00edculos 535 y siguientes<\/a> del C\u00f3digo Civil.
