El derecho de sucesiones se regula principalmente en el libro quinto del C\u00f3digo Civil, art\u00edculos 1922-2385 BGB.<\/p>\n

Para regular esto se puede, por ejemplo, redactar un testamento conforme al derecho sucesorio. Este est\u00e1 sujeto a ciertos requisitos formales, como que siempre debe estar escrito y firmado a mano para que tenga efectos seg\u00fan la legislaci\u00f3n sucesoria. Sin embargo, en el derecho de sucesiones tambi\u00e9n existen otras opciones para determinar la transferencia de los bienes o de parte de ellos despu\u00e9s de la muerte, por ejemplo, el contrato de herencia o un legado. <\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00bb.vc_custom_1697523792988{padding-top: 10px !important;}\u00bb]Si no se ha redactado ning\u00fan testamento ni contrato sucesorio, en el derecho sucesorio existe una sucesi\u00f3n legal, es decir, heredan aquellos que son nombrados herederos legales seg\u00fan la ley en los art\u00edculos 1924 y siguientes del C\u00f3digo Civil. En el derecho de sucesiones existe una jerarqu\u00eda\/secuencia especial que se basa esencialmente en el grado de parentesco. Por ejemplo, si los propios hijos (descendientes) del testador existen en el momento de la muerte, generalmente heredan por igual seg\u00fan la ley de sucesiones.
