Seg\u00fan sentencia del Cuarto Senado de 3 de mayo de 2006 (4 AZR 189\/05), los acuerdos colectivos en los que se promete a los empleados una indemnizaci\u00f3n por la p\u00e9rdida de su empleo a condici\u00f3n de que no presenten un recurso de protecci\u00f3n contra el despido son regulares fuera de los planes sociales permitidos. Esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica a las disposiciones legales laborales voluntarias de la iglesia. Los reglamentos colectivos celebrados voluntariamente pueden perseguir objetivos diferentes y m\u00e1s amplios que un plan social, incluido el objetivo de proporcionar un incentivo para renunciar a las reclamaciones de protecci\u00f3n contra el despido y promover as\u00ed la seguridad de planificaci\u00f3n para el empleador.
