Obligaci\u00f3n de trabajar<\/h4>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]El trabajo que debe realizar el empleado est\u00e1 determinado principalmente por el contrato de trabajo. El empleador puede determinar el contenido y el alcance de la obligaci\u00f3n laboral en virtud de su derecho a dar instrucciones en el marco del respectivo contrato de trabajo (art\u00edculo 106 GewO).
