    If an examination is not carried out correctly (e.g. an examiner is biased) or an examination performance is incorrectly evaluated in accordance with examination law, the right to effective legal protection under Article 19 of the Basic Law requires that one be able to take action against these errors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
