The strongest right is property, \u00a7 903 BGB. Legally, the house and the property essentially form a unit, so you basically have ownership of the property including the house. However, one can also only have individual rights to a property; these limited real rights include, for example, easement or usufruct. The owner of a property can also encumber his property under real estate law and real estate law, for example with a mortgage or land charge. These are security measures that serve to secure claims.<\/p>\n
