Accident abroad (EU)<\/h3>\n

In the event of an accident abroad, we will take care of the accident settlement for you, examine your claims and, if necessary, enforce them in court. We will also help you identify the responsible claims representative and handle correspondence for you in the event of an accident abroad. Taking into account the law of the respective EU country in which your accident occurred abroad, we will advise you which specific claims are enforceable. <\/p>\n

The European Court of Justice has made it possible for claims in the event of an accident abroad to be asserted against the foreign motor vehicle liability insurer in Germany, i.e. at your place of residence. We would also be happy to take care of your legal interests for you. <\/p>\n
