In its judgment of June 19, 2007 ( 1 AZR 454\/06 ), the First Senate decided that the original responsibility of the group works council in accordance with. Abs. 1 Sentence 1 of this regulation is to be determined according to the same criteria as those of the general works council in accordance with Section 50 Paragraph. 1 sentence 1 BetrVG. It can arise for technically or legally objectively compelling reasons. The principle of equal treatment does not generally create a legal need for cross-company, group-wide regulations.
